If you are a resident or the selling agent of a resident in Northwest Landing and would like to list a NWL home for sale, please fill out and submit this form to the ROA. There is a $10 fee for the advertisement on the website and our in-office flyer which will run two months. The ROA will invoice you for payment. Payment will be required upon receipt of that invoice. You can submit up to 4 photos of your property. Please email digital photos to: denise.ford@reachone.com for inclusion in your ad. A small fee of $10 for two months will be required to list the home on the ROA public and private pages of the website. Payment must be made within 3 business days of submitting the advertisement. Send a check or money order made payable to NWL ROA to: NWL ROA 1495 Wilmington Dr., Suite 110, DuPont WA 98327 You will receive an invoice as receipt of payment. Ads placed without completing the payment conditions will be pulled from the website within 10 business days of application.
